Lost Mine of #Phandelver is generally a well considered #TTRPG adventure. I remember trying to run it two times before, earlier in my GM career, and both times it fell through!

As a #GM do you ever feel completely side swiped by a player's clever action at the table, and you respond in a way that could have been better with more thought applied?

I do. I suspect it's a classic misalignment between #prep and creativity, combined with panic!
