I love splitting the hotdog down the middle length, inserting pieces of sliced cheese in between the halves, and wrapping the hotdog with partially-cooked bacon. A few minutes under the broiler and they’re ready to go into a plain, grocery store hotdog bun, with a little yellow mustard. Yum!
