As I have called for repeatedly, and confirmed by Integrity Commission’s Chief Commissioner, the new lobbying code must be legislated, so it can be fully enforced.

Biggest risk now is the two major parties will refuse to legislate it or try to legislate a watered down, toothless version. #politas
