Ridiculous piles of ridiculous books

God help me.

I decided to rearrange my bookshelves.

I am a fool. A fool!

and another one that's a little different (if you're interested) is the book of mormon by the creators of south park, i think. very satirical and has lots of dark humor

recently discovered epic the musical and i really enjoyed that one, especially the songs "warrior of the mind" and "would you fall in love with me again." also "warriors" is a concept album that's kinda new by lin manuel miranda. has a mix of genres but heavy on hip hop and rap

That's a good idea! Back in high school, I would use newspaper articles, and some nice ones came out of those! It was a little more challenging, but still fun lol

I used to love doing these! This one is really cool!

They all definitely are! It's used to show the corruption of the American dream, a big theme in the book. Gatsby is hardworking and hopeful, but you can also see he's obsessive (the lengths he goes through for his goals). Daisy is charming but also destructive. Even Nick is an unreliable narrator

That's really cool! I'll definitely read that one for sure, but probably start with The Trial since it's shorter. I'd love to read your book blog as well! ^^
