Khaliter2: Voted Yes, Enough Is Enough.

@khaliter2.bsky.social

Let's have a restoration of a "fair go" for all, & a more cohesive society, without "rorts"; strong supporter of renewable energy and a NACC with teeth. No DM's please.

You are absolutely correct and I am sincerely sorry if I have caused you more pain. I was trying to show support but, although well intended, I realize now that I should not have done that.

Hang in there Mate. I have suffered Panic Attacks big time and not nice. Something that helped me was when I learned that they only last 15 minutes. I know that seems an eternity, but they pass. Not meaning to offer gratuitous advice, but I hope this helps you.

I understand that there are now 3.9 million households in Aust that have installed solar panels ie 36% of all rooftops. Given that they are stunningly successful in significantly reducing, and even eliminating electricity charges, why are not more people coming out in support of home solar?

Thank you Bridie, this is wonderful and it must have taken a lot of effort. Aa a lefty progressive, I am concerned that the election is not going to end well, but your spreadsheet covers the ground splendidly. Thank you again.

Fossil fuels are being 'eaten alive' by the solar rush Satellite imagery reveals the staggering rise of solar farms around the world in recent years. Can Australia get on board?

I don't know how others feel, but I was very unimpressed with the Coalition's Energy presentation on 13/12. I gained the impression that Australia was going too far down the renewable pathway. This vid suggests we are not:

I am a committed ALP supporter. I have always voted ALP since '72 & have stood against bias, self interest & bigotry whenever I have met it. IMO Dutton has played Albo off the break since the election, and Albo has let him. That has to change. And I feel I it is reasonable to express that view.

Spot on @stranger. Dutton must be laughing that Labor keeps letting him get away with it. MSM is not neutral but did not Labor have the opportunity of establishing a 'Murdoch' Royal Commission? And who appointed Kim Williams ? Labor IMO needs to be stronger: lead & develop a fight to win strategy!

A weekly pol discussion program on SBS, chaired by Ms Remeikis, where panel members are drawn from journalists who are not part of MSM. There are many to draw from, some prominent on this site. Panels to have equal numbers of men and women. Discussion to call out good and bad outcomes 4 Aust & why.

Miners rejoice as Albanese shelves environment watchdog The resources sector wants the reform to be abandoned altogether rather than returned to the agenda in February.

Those telling me it was not Albanese’s fault and he really is trying his best.

Please.

Go be deluded elsewhere

My ALP federal MP sent me a request to donate to their Christmas appeal, to raise money for crisis accommodation.

Do they not know they are in government? Do they not understand they could just fund crisis accommodation? Do they believe associating themselves with a charity makes them look good?

Everyday the Albanese Govt walks us a little closer to a Dutton Govt.

Weak and disappointing #auspol

I am not a lawyer, but if the advice "could constitute corrupt conduct" was actually "would constitute corrupt conduct", surely the public interest would be better served by the Senate recalling the NACC Commissioner and exploring this matter further with him? Just asking !
