Perhaps for the purposes of discussing contemporary limits, which are extreme and draconian, this will suffice. But I hesitate to share this widely given what strikes me as handwaving about long-standing, racist US restrictions on immigration from most of the globe. These resources might work better

That “ineligible category” covers A LOT of territory.
