A Streeting ally said the recent momentum behind the green party would be a boon as it had driven "the trots out."
So Wes Streeting allies want him to become Prime Minister - for the Labour Government to tank even faster.
We don't have time to play these silly games - people are suffering now.
Keep growing the alternative - they need replacing.

Screenshot of media headline “Home Secretary to tackle UK‘s ‘excessive generosity’ with sweeping immigration reforms” and a picture of Shabana Mahmood wearing a blue jacket.
This is contemptible from Labour!
Immigrants make phenomenal contributions to life in the UK - working in pretty much every sector, bringing cultural diversity & creativity to our society.
This scapegoating must stop!
Labour must stop pandering to the far right!
Reeves appears to be doing what she can to preserve the business model of the fossil fuel industry by delaying the green transition, whilst pitching one set of the population against the other.
She could chose to curtal the excess profits of the energy giants through taxation instead of tax breaks
Ruminant livestock is the top single cause of man-made methane emissions, a gas ~80 times more potent than CO2 over 20 years. Additives to cattle feed to reduce emissions have been hailed as the key solution to the sector's high climate impacts, but there are problems in Denmark: shorturl.at/OT7hT

But it is not too late. Renewable energy is growing fast, movements are rising & together we can build a better future for all of us.
Scientists are telling us that 2.6 degrees will push entire regions past the limits of human survival. This looks like drought across continents, crops collapsing and heat that kills within hours.
This is not an abstract warning, this is the world our leaders are choosing.
BREAKING 🚨: We are watching governments steer us toward 2.6C of heating, a future where the Amazon shifts toward savannah, ice sheets deteriorate and lethal heat becomes part of daily life.
They know exactly what this means and still fund fossil fuels.
SNP and Scot Labour look both ways...claiming climate leadership whilst also denying the need for "no new fossil fuels" . The new draft energy and climate change plan is reliant on unproven solutions -CCUS - which permits a "magical" narrative that fossil fuels are climate compatible.

I have emailed Martin McLuskey again, but I haven't had a response, again.
He is now Under Secretary of State for Energy Consumers within DESNZ so he really has a responsibility to be adequately informed. It's very disappointing.

We're worried the door to NHS privatisation is opening wider through new PFI‑style deals.
This isn’t “support”, it’s a risk to the very fabric of the NHS.
Help us stop this before the autumn budget sets the path.
