Ubisoft just open-sourced its colorblind assistance tool Chroma Ubisoft has made its Chroma colorblind assistance tool available for general use. It’s now an open-source product that anyone can download.

Have you seen this? It does not add to a game but it helps to figure out colors that work better for different kinds of color blindness by simulating what other might see.
