I don't exercise I move, stretch, dance and get outside when I can. Some days can't do many of those but always try to stretch even if in bed. Movement helps me, exercise I suffer. Stairs are an issue for me too can cause PEM next day do too many.

One of the first ones in Massachusetts was in an old bank in Brookline and first one in Boston also in previous bank location. Regulations for cannabis dispensaries make those locations desirable however they weren’t masquerading as banks in my opinion.
