Randall Gamboa, a Costa Rican, was deported from the US in such a critical health condition it required an ambulance flight.

He then died upon his return to Costa Rica after being detained for 8 months by DHS.

As Aaron points out later in the thread, not being able to work does not make immigrants deportable. So this isn't even about goosing deportations. All it does is make it more difficult for people who came here to work to work and for the people who want to hire them to hire them.
