Every episode is 1 hour long and reflects one hour of an ER shift - from 7am to 9pm (ish?) - so the pace of storytelling is ‘real time’, which definitely adds to the immersive nature of it, can’t look away (except when there’s blood because squeamish 😂)

I watched ER growing up - haven’t missed an episode. So this new show on Max fully has a grip on me. Noah Wyle is back like he never left, the storytelling is immaculate.

🧒 🤯 watching my kiddo grow into a big kid
