Tonight I was ridingy bike down a street in Midtown & a Sac PD officer coming towards me pretended to swing into my lane as he got closer to me. I could see him swinging his wheel and laughing. I was disgusted but refused to show it until I passed the cop. All I can say is ACAB, always.
