My Dad always said 9 out of 10 times if you listen to your gut feelings, you will be right:

This is true. I'm a disability recipient and visit my SSA office fairly frequently and they have in the past month or so become grossly understaffed and unable to assist people who have problems doing everything online, like I was having trouble doing.
