My first attempt at fanart as I try to get into embroidery - I sketched Ed on fabric and then stitched away. 1/2

I had about three days of feeling better, and now I'm sick again and feeling even worse. And it's the day before the new year. Aaaah.

I love them. I think that the pilot is especially impressive in terms of Rhys' acting.

And also amazing for Buttons! On my first watch of these eps, when I thought the show was "only" a comedy, I was mostly waiting for his scenes and couldn't stop laughing whenever he was on screen.

A completed OFMD embroidery showing Stede dangling over the side of the boat. Roach & the Swede are on deck looking exasperated. It's all in long & short stitch with a single thread, apart from Stedes cuffs which are a textured stitch I made up as I went along.
