It was (the thing about scrutiny) more a commentary on his reaction to Gary Neville's comments. But you're right. I'm as frustrated as anyone else about the lack of scrutiny he gets at a national level. At local level I'm not sure what *can* be done.

Reform wants to be anti establishment on its way to becoming the establishment.

If Reform really is going to be the next Government, they & Nigel Farage ought to learn to be able to handle challenge & scrutiny because they will become the establishment.

Own it. We all need to just own it and take scrutiny when it comes our way. Yes indeed, me. I'm expecting challenge to my own views, assuming anyone even reads this.

Well, so bloody what?? You pick your lane when you align yourself with Nigel Farage. Or Donald Trump. Or Kemi Badenoch. Or indeed Keir Starmer. We are all responsible for our own choices.

That includes looking within ourselves and asking ourselves if what we are doing is right.

We are living in an age where you cannot call out what Reform UK stand for because "woah, mate! That's an inappropriate use of 'free' speech"

But here's the thing. Reform UK is positioning itself as the UK's next Government. It's still early days, but that's the way the polls are looking right now.

"Cancel Netflix" for this? That isn't freedom of speech or freedom of expression. It's an expression of disdain that one of these people is not male. It's a pushback by people who haven't accepted that the world has changed.

Other than the fact that in this case, one of the people is not male.

Think about it. This campaign does not exist; is not promoted by Elon Musk if this image was not about 2 women or 2 men.

Netflix is... apparently "pushing an agenda based on ideology". Pushing "inappropriate" things on Children.

Netflix is not Disney. But this is no different to the things generations of Children have already seen in decades of animated movies that have been made for that corporation.

I think it's a lovely photo. It's not explicit. It's not gratuitous. Nothing about this, based on this one photo that children should not see.

In the last few days, Netflix has taken another financial hit because of a right wing driven "Cancel Netflix" campaign on the back of this image and others
