Election Truth Alliance Special Report: Minnesota Hand Count vs. Machine Count Key Findings Hand counts appear to be statistically normal: In precincts where votes were hand counted, voter turnout demonstrated no significant correlation with candidate vote shares, aligning with experts’ expectations for non-manipulated elections. Machine counts reveal signs of vote manipulation: In contrast, machine count precincts exhibited a strong positive correlation where higher turnout disproportionately increased Republican vote shares while decreasing Democratic vote shares. Significant differences between vote count types: When analyzing precincts of similar size in the same Congressional District, the Republican presidential and senatorial candidates both received significant differences in vote share when comparing hand count precincts (58% and 49%, respectfully) and machine count precincts (64% and 57%). These differences are statistically significant and warrant further investigation.

Our NEW Minnesota Special Report compared hand counts and machine counts in similarly sized precincts in the same congressional district.

We found hand counts appear statistically normal, while machine counts exhibit known patterns consistent with vote manipulation.
