Don’t even get me started on my paranoia at night worries about someone breaking in and murdering me while I’m sleeping or even fuckin ghosts in my house getting me while I’m the only one awake at night. It’s the fucking worst to be this paranoid while also being extremely aware that it’s paranoia

For various reasons too, last week it was bc of how intense the drowsiness of my cold medicine was it felt like I was forgetting how to breathe, and now it’s bc when I lay down my scalp??? Is falling asleep???? For some reason???? So my paranoia is POSITIVE that means I’m gonna die if I fall asleep

I feel like when I tell people I have really bad paranoia they brush it off like a normal thing bc of how straightforward I am about it. But like… y’all I haven’t been able to sleep bc my subconscious is so terrified of being unconscious and me dying that I jolt awake if I fall asleep

I’m really worried now but I haven’t seen anything explaining where that came from so my fingers are crossed it’s not true
