It was then pushed back to several dates in 2026, and is now listed for release in January 2027. There was a four year gap between two volumes once, so I haven't completely given up hope...but I am starting to become concerned...

Over and over again with this novel I've said to myself, "I have no idea what should happen next," and then opened the Scrivener doc anyway and an hour later had 1,000-3,000 more words. I just have to keep doing that enough times I guess (as I did with the previous 13 books).
