Yeah. Up until now, we've been bad, but there were small signs that we had something to build on. Tonight magnified all the worries. We have no one capable of keeping the ball or playing a pass. Like last season, we're so easy to play against, but for very different reasons.

The main difference is quality on the ball. As soon as we get possession we look like we’re going to lose it. Partly because of Chelsea’s aggression, but mostly because of our lack of composure and quality.

Ah ok. In that case I’d worry about Palhinha in a more slightly more advanced position given his severely limited passing range.

I was led to believe that we might have to sacrifice some attacking play to shore up the defence. I could just about get on board with that short term, but to be this bad in attack and so wide open at the back against a team that just sacked their manager is a tad worrying.

Me too as it’s more players out of position but you could argue it’s a better fit than Gray at LB. We struggled down the left with Spence cutting inside so I can’t see Gray doing any better.

Unless it’s VDV left back and Palhinha at CB?
