That’s an interesting question. There’s an academic who argues that to translate class distinction in North America, you have to consider process more than what’s actually consumed. I’m badly paraphrasing due to space but imagine England would provide a whole other set of challenges.

Clearly not so much sensitivity across class divides!

Haven’t had one since high school but I could see the appeal and love to see overly serious tasting notes on non-wine things. I’d subscribe for that.
