Took the little one to the sea to visit family, the weather was awful but it meant we could take a nice drive through Wales which we haven't done in months 💜

I was trying to figure out whether I was going through a depressive episode finally. Nope, extreme burnout but I cannot have a meltdown whilst I'm taking care of tiny human. I've mastered disassociating on command now so that's a cool skill ✌️ I'm ok, it's just tough 🫠

Taking this as a win while we can, we’ve been experimenting and found he’s wakes up cold at 2-3am so we have the heating turn on sooner + extra blanket now as it’s near 0 degrees outside. Also all the formula he wants before bed as I have nothing left in the tank at bedtime. Fingers crossed 🤞

Update: He slept through the entire night so I got 7 hours of solid sleep ✨
