That's not to say that he's right. However, *if* he's wrong, he's wrong in spite of having more expertise than your average Blue Sky user.

You can check assorted economists. They argue for and against tariffs, usually depending on their own political bias.

As for Trump, I'm not sure. It would be hard to argue that he's not an expert businessman though, which is a point in his favor... You know? If we're discussing business matters.

The future? We can't see the future. It's the human condition.

Furthermore, it's sensible to be wary of anyone who claims that they can. They're almost certainly lying to you, themselves, or both.

Avoiding people doesn't necessarily mean that you have an introverted personality.

That we're (by-and-large) self-validating, and that a "good job" just comes off as condescending.

A common theme that I see with extroverts is an insatiable need for external validation. Looks painful.

I'm just going to do my best to treat people the way that they treat me, without respect to their political views.

And here we are, going through all this trouble to create fusion reactors, when we have the solar system's *largest* fusion reactor rising in the sky every morning.

I can't speak to anyone's motivations, but it's criminally wasteful no matter how you slice it.

Personally, I don't care who did it. I care about fixing it.

If I have a physics question, I'll ask a physicist.

If I have a biology question, I'll ask a biologist.

If I have a money question, I'll ask a businessman, an accountant, or an economist.

I probably won't ask social media.

It's not about guts. You listen to a businessman on matters of money, because ignoring them would be like ignoring a physicist while they're talking about physics.

If there can be said to be an expert in making money, you're looking at it.
