I am not about liberals clutching their "violence is never the answer" pearls when the Right uses violence against marginalized people all the time. Appealing to oppressors non-violently has done nothing for collective liberation.

I don't mourn the deaths of oppressors.

I am immunocompromised, isolated, & impoverished. It's hard to get out in the world with these three states of being. If more people masked it would make more of the world accessible to people in my situation.

I am immunocompromised (I have had a lung transplant) so my infection risk is beyond STIs so my safer sex talk has to include "so you want to be intimate with an immunocompromised person" and covers things like masking habits and vaccination status.
