Courts have ruled 4,400 times that ICE jailed people illegally. It hasn’t stopped. The decisions amount to a huge legal rebuke, one the administration has ignored.

This is why due process matters.

Over 4400 cases where ICE was holding people illegally.

We know they’ve held and detained US citizens.

They’ve killed US citizens.

They’re a lawless agency and that puts all lives at risk.
