Professional domain requires us to watch a masterclass by the M60 team. This year I chose to watch other Masterclass classes that would help me grow professionally and personally. I am grateful for being able to participate in this challenge once again. Embrace the suck!

Spiritual Domain requires us to meditate every day and gradually increase the time. I love this domain and really try to continue after the challenge. This is a practice I would like to incorporate in my daily routine. Only 1 more day!

Emotional domain requires us to write in a gratitude journal every day. This is something that I have had a difficult time consistently doing. It feels wonderful when I stick to it during the challenge however after the challenge I quickly forget to take the time to do this. Keep trying

Social domain requires us to reach out to someone we have not spoken to in quite awhile mainly to mend any issues that happened in the past or to connect with someone new.

Mental domain requires us to read a book a week. A total of 9 books in 60 days. This is the domain I need to work on post challenge. I need to work on reading at least one book a month moving forward. Make the time.

Physical Domain requires us to follow a program. lift weights and some form of outdoor activity like walking, running, hiking or rucking.
Over the years this domain has given me the motivation to continue working out daily. It has transformed me and my body.

6 days until the end of the challenge. This year I will make a conscious effort to keep going with all six domains daily. Not as intense but make each a part of my daily routine.

Itβs been 30 days since I decided to take a break from FB and Instagram and switch to just Bluesky. Itβs amazing how easy it is to get stuck in the scrolling mode daily. I have been without scrolling and replaced it with reading and getting things done quicker.
