And Seattle has these people, who think they are on the left, but I didn't really know what they are?
youtu.be/30C84DQKSh4?...
Is it somewhat a West Coast thing? Even Seattle, for all its successes, Has struggled with DSA and some Progressives blocking transit and housing because of concerns about "greedy developers", "who will save the trees", "gentrification" and transit development "targeting the poor."

Maxey doing all the heavy lifting while the 2 guys Morey choose to give 70% of the cap for 4 seasons are available 20% of the time... Down from the historical 60% availability when Morey chose this win now approach

10.11.2025 23:52 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Has the start of this season changed your long term view as Maxey as a potential 1A vs more suited to just being a Robin who complements a bigger star?
10.11.2025 23:17 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I did not see it coming, but Oubre has become one of my favorite all time Sixers.
09.11.2025 13:39 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Are you saying the decision to build around 2 aging oft injured supermax has been stars... is helping the Sixers?
09.11.2025 13:35 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0You can say the same about a certain 6'9" former LSU/Nets point forward who gets triple doubles

06.11.2025 02:39 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0That has to be the worst coverage I have seen. No way running in a straight line from the catch to the end zone is an option on a kick off return.
02.11.2025 18:40 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0That would be good. Give him an opportunity and reset the timeline.
02.11.2025 16:35 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0If Embiid continues to score at a very high rate maybe a team will want him the way the Sixers traded for CWebb back in the day. There are a lot of parallels.
02.11.2025 14:28 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I'll always be a huge fan of Embiid and really hope he continues to improve and eventually wins a title. I just no longer want to watch him on the Sixers. I feel bad about feeling that way, but it's where I'm at. Ready for the next chapter with the Sixers as opposed to 4 more years.
02.11.2025 14:24 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0My 2 dream scenarios are:
1. Embiid improved to where he is a reliable defensive anchor and assumes more of a super-BLopez role on offense.
2. Embiid continues to be a dominant scorer to where someone wants to trade for him.
I'm hoping the offense reaches a point where VJ and McCain are aggressive and empowered regardless of team play style or who is in the lineup.
02.11.2025 14:14 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Being completely honest, for games like today where Embiid rests, are you looking more or less forward to watching the Sixers play?
I feel a bit guilty about it.

24.10.2025 00:35 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It will be interesting to see if 3G-PG-Embiid can finish defensive possessions on the boards so they can get out and run.
19.10.2025 14:53 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Here's three playoff numbers. You can see in the Knicks he couldn't rebound and it cost them the series- despite being dominant offensively and his assist percentage was through the roof (Maxey 2 man game.)
Hopefully he's a bit better on the boards this year, but the decline predated his injury.
Hoping Sixers are smart enough to adapt to Embiid's decline as a dominant rebounder
19.10.2025 14:45 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0The craziest thing about Batum on the Sixers was Nurse using him as a point of attack defender at age 35. Hopefully he has a lower impact vision for PG.
