The people behind Brexit are the same politicians now using immigrants as scapegoats to win power and divide our country. They trashed our economy and they’ve trashed our politics - don’t let them do it all over again.

Trump naming his former defense attorney as acting Librarian of Congress Todd Blanche already holds the number two position at the Justice Department.

One thing I’ve often commented on on social media is that there’s actually only a very small cadre of people Trump can rely on—as he seeks out (and can work with) only the most corrupt, unscrupulous, venal, disreputable folks to do his bidding. It’s no surprise he needs his lawyer to do double-duty.

The two issues that need to be sorted out, but they won't get a mention, are:
Brexit.
Proper taxation of the rich, individuals and Companies.

NEWS: U.S. and China agree to a 90-day pause on new tariffs after shipping to U.S. ports plummeted.

Tariffs on Chinese imports will be cut from 145% to 30%. Tariffs on U.S. imports will be cut from 125% to 10%.

If tariffs should result in massive job growth and make the U.S. rich, why lower them?

Incredibly depressing day. I've spent my entire life being told by British governments how dreadful immigration is. New Labour did it. The Coalition. The Brexiters. Now Starmer. All of them accusing the ones who came before them of failing to clamp down. The same old vacant mean-spirited bollocks.
