Be the change you want to see and send out questions (or at the very least, themes) in advance. We had to badger HR for permission to do this but they did agree in the end!

While underpaid roles are sometimes taken by people with external sources of financial support, they are also sometimes taken by people without. It is really important to remember that there are people employed in museums and libraries experiencing financial hardship and poverty because of low pay.
