Newberry is a top 20 team and has a nasty defense, Jaiden Terry and Brian Lake are excellent down low. Lees-McRae has Cayden Onagi, who came over from Limestone and had 73 points last year.

By my count, between last weekend and this weekend, there were 52 D1 games on the schedule. Not counting scrimmages. Of those, 34 were altered (cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, no fans, moved indoors, or some combo of those) by weather. That's about 65% of the games so far

UVA announces that they're moving Monday's game against Colgate to their lower turf field due to icy conditions. The game will now be closed to the public. It can still be streamed on ACCNX.

Georgetown and Hopkins officially postponed. Teams working on a new date.

No official word yet but it doesn't sound good for Hopkins/Georgetown this weekend.

Maryland officially announces they'll play Loyola Saturday at 2:30 in Jones-Hill House.

No further tickets are for sale, family and friends of players can attend as can anyone who already has a ticket. Standing room only, no seats.

Another schedule change this weekend.

Navy vs Iona was set for Saturday, it will now be played on Friday at Navy at 4pm. The game will be streamed on ESPN+. Fan admission is free (there is a parking fee though).

Schedule note for this weekend:

The game between Drexel and Delaware has been rescheduled due to low temperatures. It was originally planned for Saturday, February 7. It will now be played Friday, February 6 at noon.

Fans are still allowed, streaming is available on FloCollege.

Cool story from opening weekend. Joel Mullen looked awesome for Utah. He was an All American and SSDM of the Year in D2 for Limestone. When the school closed, he went out west and joined the Utes. He had an assist, two GBs, and a caused turnover in the opener against Delaware.

This weekend had 22 games on the D1 men's lacrosse schedule. There are now just five of them are still happening originally scheduled. The latest in changes to this weekend's games, as well as scrimmages and D2 contests that have been affected.

Now official. The Saturday game between Delaware and Utah has been moved to Friday.

The Hens will host at Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington Delaware, start time is 12:30pm. No fans will be allowed, and the game will not be broadcast, though live stats will be available.

There were 29 D1 men's lacrosse games/scrimmages on the calendar for this weekend.

As of right now, there are 12 (will be 11 if/when the Utah vs Delaware change goes official) that have NOT been cancelled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled. And there still could be more.
