I am of exactly average height and I still can’t deal with these toy trains

every time I hit my head on the luggage rack while standing up on a british train I wish the Luftwaffe had gone for the railways a bit more

I can smell this place

The jagged broken end of a pipe, full of soil and plants and rubble. The pipe is made of asbestos reinforced cement; there is a distinctive ribbed pattern on the inside. Pieces of the broken pipe lie in front of it.

We went to Linnahall, the 1980s Olympic sailing venue and events space which has become an overgrown graffiti-covered wonder
