They have come for the talk show hosts – and that’s actually bad Is simply describing reality an act of insurrection now?

I love London so much. So much.

Did you know that London has the lowest level of ethnic violence of any city of comparable size in the world?

Multiculturalism has in fact worked here. They just don’t want it to be true because we happen to have a Muslim mayor.

Exeter Sound Walks
I’m thinking of leading Sound Walks in Exeter every couple of months from October.
Listening together through the seasons is intriguing and revealing. I love it.
If this appeals to you, please send me a sentence of support. This will help me raise some funds for the series.

If you can watch this and then think β€˜I won’t share because that might be putting myself on the line’ then you know what you’d have done if you were in Germany when your Jewish neighbours were being loaded into to cattle trucks. Nothing. Please share - it’s our β€˜I’m Spartacus moments

It gets worse - apparently some people have been adding comments like this when explaining their reason for proposing #StormBP, #StormEquinor, #StormExxon, #StormShell and #StormBigOil on this Met Office form: www.metoffice.gov.uk/forms/name-o...

Screenshot of form on the UK Met Office website. Text reads: "You can provide up to 5 storm names in the boxes below.

Storm Name: [a user has filled this in with "BigOil"]

Storm Name (optional): [filled in with BP]

Storm Name (optional): [filled in with Equinor]

Storm Name (optional): [filled in with Exxon]

Storm Name (optional): [filled in with Shell]

So the UK Met Office is inviting people to suggest up to 5 names for storms.

And apparently lots of people have been suggesting "Storm Bigoil", along with BP, Equinor, Exxon & Shell...

This is obviously appalling & definitely not to be emulated via this link: www.metoffice.gov.uk/forms/name-o...

The Earthlings Family Orchestra has been creating music to, with & about the accompanying ambiences of Exeter's Lower Hoopern Valley. It's been interesting and surprising. I'll write it up soon. In the meantime, these silent pics show a little of the space we shared & the space we made.

β€˜Fallow requires things to emerge in their own time’ says Hugh Nankivell whose β€˜Fallow’ duets between pipe organ and pianet, harmonium and melodica. The pianet, a poor-man’s Fender rhodes, is small but heavy, and all but obsolete. Sat 14 June. #ECSLostandFound artworkexeter.org.uk/event/lost-a...
