Our local antenna is on top of a nearby hill. With winds of 80-90kph down here it’s going to be worse up there, so I wouldn’t blame them if they don’t fix it before tomorrow.
C’est la vie!

We had no TV signal yesterday following heavy rain and a thunderstorm directly overhead the night before. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
More fingers crossed

‘Tis a bit blusterous out there. That’s this morning’s shopping trip postponed.

To be fair to Ireland I reckon any team would have struggled against France the way they played last night.

France has lost Uini Atonio, he had a heart attack a few days ago. I don’t know how serious it was, but seems he won’t be playing rugby again. ☹️

A screenshot from an online dictionary explaining that ‘nibling’ is a combination of the ‘n’ of niece and nephew and the ending of sibling. It is sometimes used as a gender neutral term. It was invented in 1951.

What a lovely word.
Here’s what my dictionary says about it.

Is it just a one match ban or longer?

High praise!
And well-deserved.
Did I see Bundi Aki won’t be playing?

Well done for the polite way you framed this post. Far better than the lecturing I often see. And probably more effective.

Not just a good response but the perfect way to frame the request: praise the photo, ask politely that they consider using alt-text, say why it’s important and thank them. 👍

A rare sighting of the cat with its head in the middle and two tails.
