I am beginning to think that windenburg sims may be a significant contributor to wonky genetics.

Its just everyone to the extreme, sliders maxed. Thin sin is skeltor thin, fat sim totally round. No chill only max sliders.

I figured I should tackle Windenburg as it has a rediculous 28 sims to zhuzh up and oh my gosh the proportions are a nightmare on everyone I load in. WHY FACE SO LONG

Aw! He turned into a really cute kid! It always feels like such a gamble when they jump from toddler to kid as all sorts of genetics can show up like the ghost of christmas past at that birthday.

I tossed pictures up of the sim remakes. I did save them to my library for ease of reloading them in future saves but if anyone likes any of them, I'm happy to toss their files up for download.

Some how the aunt is sibling to both the parents and also the parent of one of the sisters and it won't let me remove it. I'm going to chalk it up to 'that's what you get when you clone mom' and just stop fiddling with it. Its very 'I am my own grandfather' over in that house tho.

I will say, trying to adjust relationships with the new family tree for the Caliente family made me feel like waiting to go back to the Abbotts was probably a good thing as much as I miss them.

At the moment, I am 48/321 sims updated though I will probably be removing some families because I don't think like Windenburg needs 28 sims living there to start.

Because I like to track things, I made up a little spreadsheet to track sims per neighborhood and how many I've updated. With all expansion packs, there are 321 sims in the world. I no longer feel bad about my plan of around 100 for the Alder Decade Save.

Hiding CC to work on these townie remakes makes me realize, once again, just how few afro textured beards they've made over a million expansions.

Well, I got through two neighborhoods. I've flipped the sims of Brindleton and Oasis Springs. Plus the added families of Brandi and the Newbies.

I'm keeping their clothes to EA clothes and trying to stick to only a handful of skin details to make it easy to save later and maybe throw it out to share with others eventually.

After having imported save files corrupt on me, I have gone down the rabbithole of fixing the EA sims to have the vibe for my game. (Also editing back in some relationships from Sims 2/3) Here's the Landgraabs

I wonder.... can I tweak every sim in a base save in the next three days to make a quick and dirty starter save file >.>

Oh! and I made Dustin and Brandi's son, Dustin Jr. and Beau Broke. I'm going the route of trying to stitch together sims 4 and sims 2 lore into some sort of unholy monstrosity thing.

I ended up remaking Dustin Broke, making him Skip's brother, imported and aged up and tweaked the Maxis Newbie couple, gave them daughter Brandi, made Dustin and Skip's parents to turn them into ghosts and send them to the great beyond just for thumbnails in the family tree.

So the bad news is, I couldn't find a save file that worked. Good news (ish), I started doing my own quick and dirty low CC remakes of a new save townies and started with the Broke's to give Skip some family drama. Here's my remade Brandi Broke (who is married to Skip's brother atm)

I switched to a different family for five minutes to tweak an NPC and when I clicked back, my sims that were *supposed* to wait until marriage for the challenge had autonomously jumped into bed. 🙃

I do not need another project. I do not. I have SO MUCH on my to list already. 😭

Ugh. Landscaping time. I HAVE TO STOP MAKING FARMS.

I am enjoying my disaster legacy more than I expected to. Debating on moving them now to a save that's the ShoobySims remake instead...
