I started playing through both versions at the same time a couple months ago and it's genuinely interesting to see all the nips/tucks they made to have the 360 version perform and look largely the same as the next-gen counterpart

Third-Person/FPS? Bruce Force (TPS) is the first one that I think of - there are others I'm just not thinking of (I think Soldiers of Fortune (US port of The Chaos Engine) has unique weapons/abilities between the characters?)

I don't remember if Loaded had unique abilities or just stat differences.
