- Cords can be retied by circumstance or other people or even just your target being really, really stubborn. You might have to do it multiple times.

- It works best with specific intent. Name the boundaries they have crossed and the effects you want to see.

- Cords are retied by communication and connection. Staying in contact with their friends and family can retie cords.

- Cords can be retied with interaction or obsession. YOU have to let THEM go, too, or you're undoing your own magic.

More Cord-Cutting advice:

- You can't cut a cord while sharing custody of a child, animal, business, property, etc. Those are all literal ties that bind.

- You can't cord cut in the middle of the divorce process. Communicaion (even through a lawyer) and contested assets retie that cord.

Obviously this depends on exact formula. My wife pointed out the possibility of wrapping a quick-acting hex into the cord-cutting itself. And cord-cutting is just literally not an option for some people. But IN GENERAL, I think these are things to be considered.

This is not advice on which you should do. If you think hexing is your right choice, go for it. The only reason I bring it up is because I see people mess up their own cord cutting with this shit ALL THE TIME. If you want the ex to let go of you, you have to let go of them too.

Obviously, you can wait, give the hex time to work, and then cut ties when the hex is done. But that does mean sitting with that link existing for that whole time. If you're hexing them because they stalked you, for example, this isn't gonna make them any less obsessed with you.

Because doing magic on another person creates a tie between you and them for as long as the magic is in action. So if you do a cord-cutting and then a hex, you've undone the cord-cutting. If you do a hex and then a cord-cutting, you've undone the hex.

don't judge what other people do. focus on yourself and on changing your buying habits long term. shop smaller, shop more sustainably. Support products from countries that aren't the US.

boycotts are good when you're trying to make an economic point. But not for one day. And one size does not fit all - some people can't do a full boycott for logistical reasons, like finance or disability.

Kendra and I were able to see the current National Theatre rendition of The Importance of Being Earnest via Cineplex tonight, and honestly I think Wilde would have *loved* this rendition. This is Kendra's favourite play, and this is now her favourite performance of it 🥰
