NEWS: Following an order from the Fourth Circuit dismissing the appeal of the original injunction in the CASA case challenging Trump's birthright citizenship-ending EO, Judge Boardman has now certified a class and issued an injunction.

This is a shocking executive order that undermines the very idea of open inquiry. It turns federal grants into dispensations, subject to arbitrary and capricious withdrawal should the recipient say or believe the wrong things.
