That feeling when you measure the chain on your @surlybikes Steamroller and realize it’s worn, take your bike into the shop because you realize your bottom bracket is too and your homies @explorevelo.ca know exactly which chain is the right one for your bike. 👊💪👌🙏🚲

was a long week like they all are with plenty of highs and lows. The ride home from the shop today with a day off tomorrow was slow. Many body parts hurt and my brain was tired.

Will likely still ride tomorrow because really, every pedal stroke is a gift.

I thought it was just us. It’s been a seasonal tradition for years now to buy first box at Costco that is gone in 4 days.

Levels of rudeness, grumpiness and impatience at not often seen highs at the Costco Fredericton today. I don’t get it - if you’re shopping at Costco on a Sunday you are doing better than, like 90% of the world rn. What’re you so pissed about?

This one had a little bit of everything; angst, cold, considerable numbness, rain, freezing rain, lightning + thunder, release, and of course, coffee.
