So many people trying to tiptoe around the fact that the ENTIRE republican party was always a Trojan horse for fascism. It's just what conservatism IS.

When people read current writing on immigration a few decades from now, it'll hit the same as a reading the way people wrote about "the Jewish problem" in the 1930s. Just loads of well-educated and seemingly normal people accepting a monstrous normative frame as though it's natural.

A group of very brave but otherwise unremarkable U.S. citizens stand in their neighborhood, taking video of the armed fascist ICE thugs that a serial child rapist sent to wage war against them to satisfy the delusional fears and hateful bigotries of the white supremacist christian nationalists who love him

Republican fascists will tell you that the people in parkas and bathrobes are domestic terrorists who threaten our way of life and the armed paramilitary thugs who are terrorizing them with kidnapping and gassing and beatings and murder are legal officers who ensure our peace and safety.

I don’t really know what I expect in posting this, but maybe some people see it and can learn from it.
