Flexibility is key for us here at AAT, as a team made up of remote part-time freelancers, and our focus is always on accessibility first.
However, we know not everyone is able to access the flexibility needed to make their roles work for them, which is why research like this is so important.
Here are our top three:
- Who is doing the transcription? Is it human? Do they have research experience?
- Do I need my transcript to be Publication-ready?
- How are Deaf participants, disabled researchers, or sensitive data being considered?
