Quinn update - he refused to pee in special litter crystals last night to get wee sample, no surprises there, wee’d on a blanket instead 😂. Thyroid levels still fine on the meds, initial bloods show chronic inflammation somewhere, other bloods will take a few days. Meanwhile, he’s pleased to be home

Some results came back, vet just phoned this evening. He’s got chronic inflammation going on and a heart murmur, the rest of the results are pending. We are trying to get him to pee in a litter box with special collecting crystals tonight, so far he just pee’d on a blanket!!

Feeling very sad today as vet appt this morn didn’t go well. Quinn has lost 10% of his body weight and they’re worried he may have something other than just thyroid going on. Pancreatic cancer mentioned 😢. So they’ve kept him for a whole day of tests and we’ll know more when results come back 💔

Hope your lunchtime spot went ok and you can rest up with Leo the rest of today. Still can’t get over how badly you were let down yest ☹️
