Next on the agenda for approval, a 25 year IT contract with Cyberdyne Systems. I hear they’re making amazing strides in the AI space.
Goldmoney Inc feels like the “LexCorp” of a very lazy or unimaginative comic book writer. I’m sure they made their name in Unobtanium mining.

There’s a persistent myth that new solar farms don’t really help tackle climate change because panels are “made with coal” and “never pay back” their carbon debt.
This is simply false.
- UN: solar ~8x cleaner than gas, ~19x than coal per kWh
- panels repay CO2 in 4 months; save 57x over life

Shopping is such a fascinating and knotty problem - especially given that many ships being delivered today will still be in operation in 2050.
Interested in than projection though. Around 40% current shipping is moving fossil fuels, is that doubling in a Net Zero world?
I'm all for trying to ease intergenerational tensions, but the people who are most opposed to reaching net zero by 2050 are literally those who will not be around to face the consequences.

The actors playing Orsino, Viola and Olivia demonstrate the shows central love triangle. Orsino gazes lovingly at Olivia, who yearns for Viola, who looks out at us longingly from the centre of the tangle.

Lovely people of Oxford/Eynsham etc. for the last 6 months ago I have been plotting and working with a group of lovely people to put on a play.
Twelfth Night opens on Monday at Oxford Castle and runs for two weeks. I think it’s something really special, made by local people. Won’t you come along?

If so that's £14,000 per year, more than minimum wage for the first 14 yrs!
If the house isn't selling, it's not worth what you're asking.
Now looking at property sale records, this is trickier - I think the name might have changed at some point. As that property name has no sold records.
But there's a detached house in that postcode with a name now not coming up on Google that sold in 2002 for £145,000.
Because the #BBC have given us a picture and a village, I've found the house which is on the market for £475,000 - it's a detached 3 bed, but one of the beds is on the ground floor.
With the street name and a bit of Google Streetview the property is easy to find. Looks like the name is out front!
Mr Williams has owned a second home in the area for for 20 years... they had had little interest from potential buyers, despite dropping the price by £40,000.
Let's ask the fun question, how much did you buy it for and how much are you trying to sell it for?

Great news for biodiversity in #Oxfordshire thanks to Botley West plans - and should put paid to claims of a “glass and steel wasteland”.

Since the 80s the cost of “luxuries” and “necessities” have reversed - it used to be that furniture and goods were expensive and shelter and groceries were cheap, now it’s the other way round. You can furnish somewhere, but can’t afford to live there.
