A tiny swatch of today's work: hidden wallpaper (buried under many other layers of wallpaper, and mostly only intact in corners where two layers were overlapping, thus protecting the bottom layer). Directly adhered onto the 1880s (ish) plaster... no idea what era its from, but she's cute!

I *LOVE* Brent Hull, and have watched a lot of his videos, including his ones on insulation! I even wrote to him to see if he does paid consultations. Unfortuately he usually works in warm climates, so I can't apply the same techniques here in freezing Canada... but I will have a re-watch!

Well that’s totally fair, and in that case I’d say mainly to have fun and to make videos you’d want to watch if you didn’t know you!

As someone who traveled widely before the advent of smart phones... Google Translate is the most amazing thing, and I use it all the time. Every time I use it in real time, I keep imagining myself in Star Trek with my Universal Translator 💫
