I joined thousands in Portland yesterday for the #LaborAgainstICE protest.

I started walking but left before the munitions and tear gas were hurled at the peaceful marchers -- many of whom are teachers, nurses and other essential workers.
Demand: freedom of assembly and the right to protest.

Today I planned to offer an amendment to a bill on human trafficking that would require the Department of Labor to release the files it has on Jeffrey Epstein, but the Republican majority canceled consideration of the bill rather than vote on the amendment.

This shouldn't affect MAGA at all.
