I have all these DVD rooms as well and wholeheartedly agree that there's no way I'd have access to all these books otherwise. My collecting has shifted to just wanting bro read the books and not worrying about condition or the physical books. I wish they'd make more of these collections.

If I learned anything watching Dangerous Animals on #shudder it's that there should be an Oscar for most convincingly dancing to a song nobody has ever heard in such a way that you truly believe it's one of that character's favorite songs.

Ah, yes, who else would you consult on the zone than a career . 258 hitter.

Granted, I don't expect to find many of his books in the quarter bins. I'm glad your lists are geared more towards those not suffering from FOMO that. I find it and your posts incredibly informative. Keep up the good work!

I'm all for fan engagement, especially for baseball, a game that will forever battle the stigma of being boring, but this nonsense is hard to swallow. Do it for an inning at most, get your attention and sit down.

True. I just figured any King project would have a large enough print run that most if not all the issues would be floating around for little more than cover price.

Interesting. I enjoy reading your list week after week even though I'm just a reader and not someone who even bags his books any longer. You very rarely feature a book I actually own and that is of recent vintage so it's always a surprise to see one.

Why exactly is this book in demand? Do the last issues of mini series often follow those of an ongoing with the print runs getting lower as they go on?

I look forward to supporting this every year. Always a great cause and always a great shirt design.

If this were a spring training game, maybe. It's annoying and the questions are asinine either way. "Who's the coolest on the team?" Who cares, Ravech?

The decision by DC to end discounted sales for digital versions of their books through Amazon is disappointing. It also seems at odds with their main competition Marvel which continues to offer weekly sales. When the price point becomes negligible between print and digital the choice is simple.

Also we're well past the days when supporting acts on a bill had cheaper merch than the headlining act. All t-shirts are $40.

I realize there are myriad reasons for the music industry to try to recoup profits any way they can but what I find most baffling is the cost of CDs returning to their plateau of nearly $20 a disc not too far from what they cost when first introduced.

I'm incredibly late to the party but I have to say Sepultura's Roots is an amazing album. Just a brutal onslaught from track 1.

I put this on my office door a few weeks ago. So glad I have a little slice of TP at work.

They produce work that we consume from a remove that isn't comparable to the face and personality in front of the camera that we've...

Lynch's passing is a gut punch that I'm still processing. I might never process it fully. For almost 30 years Lynch has been one of my totems in the arts the world the universe. I'll miss him dearly and the eager anticipation for some new project. The loss of Badalamenti was always going to be...

...my TP obsession when my spouse happily jumped on board with a rewatch. Then we got the Return. I will always look back on this time fondly. Week by week we were back in TP for an emotional bewildering and totally masterful return to form. Words can't express how meaningful these 18 hours are.

One of the more unique viewing experiences I've ever had. I watched as a woman who arrived with a male companion endured the whole film after her friend bailed out. I'm ashamed to say I still haven't revisited it. Now might be the time. As life went on I was fortunate to find a willing partner in..

Maybe it was. It was around this time me and my friend went our separate ways. I relocated to Pittsburgh and had the chance to experience Lynch on the big screen finally. With enough effort I saw most of his films in all their glory as they were meant to be seen. Then along came Inland Empire.
