Does anyone know when birth times started to appear on US birth certificates? Both my parents have their exact time of birth on theirs from the early 1940s. I'm also wondering if there are regional variations.

Jewish Holocaust survivors suspected of being Soviet sympathizers were subject to the 1952 McCarran-Walter Act.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio suggested that the U.S. intends to deport Khalil, who holds a green card and is in this country legally.
Relatedly, the State Department is applying AI to a McCarthy-era antisemitic law in order to cancel visas of foreign students who it determines to be βpro-Hamas.β

I just read through SB 1 (the higher education destruction act) in Ohio and not only does it weaken unions, and destroy DEI, but it requires all faculty to post their syllabi publicly with their contact info. It's setting up faculty to be bullied and harassed. 1/2
