Self-paced Module Dates: Now until December 12, 2025
Credit: This training is approved for up to 6.5 Continuing Education (CE) hours.

Cost: All CITC trainings are free of charge.

Target Audience: Nurses and public health/disease control investigators who are new to TB prevention and care responsibilities. Content covers the foundational concepts necessary for staff to conduct contact investigations and case management for persons with LTBI.

This Level 1: TB Basics, Contact Investigation & LTBI training includes 5 online self-paced modules, and 1 live interactive session. This online, asynchronous training for nurses & public health/disease control investigators can be accessed, started, and revisited at any time during the course term

CITC has updated its TB Case Management and Contact Investigation Intensive Training (TB CMCI) by shifting from a series of live virtual trainings to a hybrid format.
