Before texting there was fire! I work with NDs, when the phone rings most of us run the opposite direction. Avoiding personal calls can cost more ADHD tax, putting off appointments, checking on finances, etc. If I didn’t have to climb mountains w: fire, I would rather light the Beacons. #lotr #adhd
