Sometimes! I couldn’t tell you what made some better than others. I remember really liking the recipes with a lot of sauerkraut/cabbage and that’s about it. The Russian Orthodox Church I went to growing up served it every Sunday, too. But that was usually ONLY beets & cabbage and nothing more.
