With CD's, play list is easy. It's only a challenge for those too old to know 45's, or too young to remember 8-tracks.
V/d Leyen: โOn the eve of the 4th anniversary of Russiaโs full-scale war, we raise the Ukrainian flag at our headquarters.
So it can fly proudly at the heart of our Union, where it belongs.
One day Ukraine will be safe.
Ukraine will be free.
Ukraine will be part of our European family.โ
...without resorting to after-market mods.
Good choice.
The intro to John Oliver's Last Week Tonight ends with a picture of Reverend Jackson and the pseudo Latin:

Seem most appropriate.
A black-and-white photograph shows a smiling railway worker standing in the open doorway of a train car. He wears a uniform jacket with large buttons and a matching cap, and one hand holds the vertical door handle. The side of the train car beside him displays a large circular logo with a maple leaf and the words โCanadian National Railways.โ The scene appears to be taken at a station or rail yard, with the trainโs metal exterior and door frame visible.
For decades, Sleeping Car Porters worked long hours, for little pay and nearly no job security.
This led to the formation of the Order of the Sleeping Car Porters in Winnipeg, the first Black labour union in North America.
This is the story.

"Just going to the corner store..." takes on the quality of being an epic adventure. A tale to scare the younglings around the fire in years to come.

E.g. British Columbia has authorized sales from 5AM, and on a Sunday, just because of hockey.

Once more, the vulgarities of time zones.

In 1964, Canada sent its first purpose-built team, rather than an already established amateur team.
It was the first true Team Canada.

He faces the camera with a slight smile. The jersey is dark blue with white lacing at the collar. The background is a solid blue studio backdrop.
On this day in 1974, Tim Horton died.
The founder of the Tim Hortons restaurant chain, he played 24 seasons in the NHL and won four Stanley Cups with the Toronto Maple Leafs. He was posthumously inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Rachel Notley 58m โข First they came for the trans people. Then they came for the unionized workers. Next it was judges. Now it's immigrants. If you think that you or someone you love won't be next, you're sorely mistaken. UCP voter, NDP voter, pro environment, pro business, rich or poor - these things don't matter. What matters is that we have the moral strength to call out this vile divisive tactic by this premier. Our schools are not struggling because there are too many English language learners. Our schools are struggling because the UCP funds education at the lowest rate in Canada. Yet if even one in ten Albertans buys into Smith's tactic of blaming each-other, my heart hurts at the prospect of a child being sent into school holding this kind of hate for their schoolmates. Danielle Smith and her government are responsible for a litany of failures in healthcare, education, and the economy. The Premier is sowing hate and division to distract from the fact that her government is the real culprit. Albertans should not be fooled by this cowardly strategy. There is only one vote I want. It's called an election. Then we can rid our province of the worst premier and the worst government in the historv of Alberta.
Rachel Notley is not mincing words:
