Starting to realize a lot of adults are just children in disguise. And I'm not talking about the gamers, the star wars fans, the enjoyers of life.

no one should be fighting tooth and nail for respect, for opportunity, and for acknowledgement and/or ownership of their creative ideas and work. no one should feel the need to adjust how they show up to be more palatable for people who had no intention of valuing their presence to begin with.
